HT19 silicon piezoresistive sensor is the diffused silicon element with high stability. The differential pressure of the measured medium is transferred to the silicon bridge plate through the 316L isolation diaphragm and silicon oil. The piezoresistive effect principle of diffused silicon is used to measure the pressure of liquid and gas. The pressure sensitive element adopts advanced technology and 316L shell package, and adopts thick film circuit for temperature compensation and zero correction, which has high reliability, repeatability and stability.
