The core of HT30 welded silicon piezoresistive core is the diffused silicon element with high stability. The pressure of the measured medium is transferred to the silicon bridge through the isolation film and silicon oil. The piezoresistive effect principle of diffused silicon is used. Realize the purpose of measuring the pressure of liquid and gas. The product is composed of HT19 core welded together with standard thread, without the use of O-ring seal, for a wide range of applications.
